Houston, We Have a Problem
It's still curling! I did a purl row six rows in, and now the whole blessed thing wants to flip up right above the purl row. I think this is worse than before. I need to go lie down.
Oh my, I saw your post last night and was hoping someone would post with a way to fix this without having to *frog* AGAIN. My only suggestion is a good blocking and perhaps invisibly tacking the roll to the ridge in several places. A knitting friend did something like that on a rolled brim hat she knit for her hubby that was rolling too much.
Hi Kelly You could add bias tape to it at the sides and see if that would help. Or turn it up by making a hem I have made hats with no borders and they always roll. I guess thats why we always get the Rib at the beginning of the pattern. Your knitting looks so even and smooth. Beautiful work Annette
Kelley, Try putting the item on the bottom of a hard cover book, and leave it there overnight. What I do when this happens is add a few sprays of water with a gardening water bottle with a sprout of water(bottled water not tap) cover the item on the bottom of the book using a paper towel on the top & bottom of your item. Good luck
